【摘要】 目的观察中医清热凉血散瘀法治疗急性放射性直肠炎的疗效及对相关治疗指标的影响。方法将2015年7月—2016年2月河北医科大学第四医院收治的60例急性放射性直肠炎患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上予以槐花散加白头翁汤内服,马应龙痔疮膏加三七粉局部外用,均连续治疗14 d,观察2组急性放射性直肠炎症状缓解时间及治疗后临床症状评分、KPS评分的变化,统计2组治疗效果。结果治疗组症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组各项临床症状评分均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组KPS评分均明显增高(P均<0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为86.7%(26/30),明显高于对照组的66.7%(20/30)(P<0.05)。结论中医清热凉血散瘀法治疗急性放射性直肠炎效果确切,有助于改善临床症状,缩短症状康复时间,并可提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the curative effect of TCM therapy for clearing heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis on acute radiation proctitis and its influence on related treatment indexes. Methods 60 patients with acute radiation proctitis admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from July 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was treated with Huaihua powder plus Baitouweng decoction by oral administration, Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment plus Sanqi powder by topical application, both groups were continuously treated for 14 days. The remission time of acute radiation proctitis and the changes in clinical symptom score and KPS score after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The symptom remission time of acute radiation proctitis in the treatment group was(6.60±1.63) days, and the control group was(9.50±2.16) days, the symptom remission time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the KPS scores of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%(26/30), which was significantly higher than the 66.7%(20/30) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The TCM therapy for clearing heat, cooling blood and removing blood stasis has a definite effect on acute radiation proctitis, which helps to improve clinical symptoms, shorten the recovery time of symptoms, and improve the quality of life in the patients.更多还原
