【摘要】 目的 观察整颈三步九法配合圣愈汤治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 将2016年3月—2018年3月清远市中医院诊治的100例颈性眩晕患者随机分为2组,对照组50例予传统推拿手法配合盐酸氟桂利嗪片口服治疗,治疗组50例应用整颈三步九法配合中药圣愈汤治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组患者治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评分、椎基底动脉血流动力学指数及治疗有效率。结果 治疗后2组患者症状与功能评分均较治疗前明显提高(P均<0.05),且治疗组症状与功能评分及改善指数均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组患者椎动脉和基底动脉的舒张期血流速度(Vd)、收缩期血流速度(Vs)均较治疗前明显增快(P均<0.05),且治疗组治疗后椎动脉和基底动脉的Vs、Vd均明显快于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组患者椎动脉和基底动脉的搏动指数(PI)均较治疗前明显下降(P均<0.05),且治疗组椎动脉和基底动脉的PI均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。对照组总有效率为76%(38/50),治疗组总有效率为96%(48/50),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 整颈三步九法配合圣愈汤治疗颈性眩晕疗效满意,安全、有效,临床便于操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of neck adjustment of three-step and nine-therapy technique combined with Shengyu decoction(SYD) on cervical vertigo(CV). Methods 100 patients with CV treated in our Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(50 cases) were treated with neck adjustment of three-step and nine-therapy technique combined with SYD and the control group(50 cases) were treated with Sibelium combined with traditional manipulation.The scores of CV symptoms and function, hemodynamics of vertebrobasilar artery before and after treatment and the efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the symptoms and function scores of cervical vertigo in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the symptoms and function scores and improvement index of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); the systolic velocity(Vs) and diastolic velocity(Vd) of both side of the vertebral artery(VA) and the basilar artery(BA) of both groups were increased, the pulsate index(PI) was decreased(P<0.05), and Vs,Vd was higher while PI was lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the control group was 76%(38/50) and in the treatment group was 96%(48/50)(P<0.05), there was significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Neck adjustment of three-step and nine-therapy technique combined with SYD are effective, safe and easy to operate in the treatment of CV), its efficacy is satisfied.更多还原
