聚合物稳泡剂泡沫驱中耐温性研究进展

【摘要】 对3类常规型聚合物稳泡剂(增黏型、提高膜黏弹性型以及高盐增黏型)和加入纳米颗粒的新型聚合物稳泡剂的性能和特征进行了综述,列表对比分析了各类聚合物稳泡剂在油田应用中的优势与不足。针对国内外聚合物稳泡剂高温下稳泡效果不明显、热稳定性差及合成工艺复杂等状况,提出可通过改进合成工艺、加入功能单体进行多元共聚及研制新型纳米颗粒等方法,从而达到优化性能、增加耐温性与稳定性的目的。

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the properties and characteristics of three common types of polymer foam stabilizers including tackifying type,membrane viscoelasticity enhancing type and high salt tackifying type,and a new polymer foam stabilizer that is added with nano-particles. Both the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of polymer foam stabilizers in oilfield application are analyzed through tabular comparison. Polymer foam stabilizers worldwide exhibit a weak foam-stabilizing effect and poor thermal stability under high temperature,and need a complicate synthesis process.It is proposed to improve through improving the synthesis process,adding functional monomers for multiplex copolymerization and developing new nanoparticles for addition,so as to optimize properties,increase temperature resistance and improve stability.
