基于风险地形图的城轨设备风险-维修决策矩阵群构建
Construction of risk-maintenance decision matrix group for urban rail transit equipment based on risk topographic map
【摘要】 城市轨道交通的快速发展对系统运维可靠性和设备维修策略应用提出新的挑战。文章在梳理城市轨道交通所面临的复杂环境因素基础上,结合行业特点分析风险矩阵与故障概率及故障后果的关联关系。通过将大数据与可视化技术相结合,提出风险地形图的概念,并从专业系统、运营线路、时间节点和综合因素 4 个层面对风险地形图如何展开进行论述,构建涵盖数据来源及维修策略的城市轨道交通风险-维修决策矩阵群。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urban rail transit,new challenges are faced in the reliability of system operation,maintenance and application of equipment maintenance policy and strategy.Based on the analysis of the complex environmental factors encountered by urban rail transit,this paper analyzes the relationship between risk matrix and failure probability and consequence.With the big data and visualization technology,it puts forward the concept of risk topographic map,and discusses how to develop risk topographic map from four aspects of specialty professional system,operation track,time node and comprehensive factors,and constructs risk maintenance decision matrix group of urban rail transit covering data sources and maintenance strategies.
