凸轮机构动力学参数对其运动误差影响的研究

【摘要】 为探究凸轮机构动力学参数对从动件运动误差的影响,通过建立凸轮两质量动力学模型,综合考虑绝对误差与形状误差,定义描述凸轮机构从动件运动误差的衡量指标。以实例进行验证,利用Matlab求解微分方程后的仿真曲线,得到动力学参数对凸轮从动件运动误差的影响规律,并在Adams软件中进行参数化建模与分析,验证了影响规律,该研究结果对凸轮机构动力学参数的选择具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the influence of dynamic parameters of cam mechanism on the motion error of slave units,the measurement indexes describing the motion error of slave units of cam mechanism are defined by establishing a two-mass dynamic model of cam mechanism and considering the absolute error and shape error comprehensively. They are verified by some examples. The simulation curve after solving the equation with Matlab is used to obtain the influence law of dynamic parameters on motion error of cam mechanism′s slave units. The influence law is validated by parametric modeling and analysis in Adams software. The results are of great significance for the selection of dynamic parameters of cam mechanism.
