【摘要】 目的:探究南安市中小学生的幽门螺杆菌感染情况。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月在校中小学生2 452名,均采集血清标本,进行抗幽门螺杆菌抗体水平检测。结果:2 452份血清标本中,幽门螺杆菌感染阳性1 128份,阳性率为46.0%;幽门螺杆菌感染阴性1 324份,阴性率为54.0%。高中生幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率明显高于小学生及初中生,初中生幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率明显高于小学生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随着年龄增长,发生幽门螺杆菌感染的概率越来越高,同时幽门螺杆菌感染率与地区无明显相关性,且感染者大部分无明显表现,少量感染者具有腹痛、腹胀、反酸和呕吐等明显症状,为预防中小学消化系统疾病提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the situation of Helicobacter pylori infection in primary and secondary school students in Nan’an City.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,2 452 primary and middle school students were selected.Serum samples were collected for detection of anti Helicobacter pylori antibody level.Results:Of 2 452 serum samples,1 128 were positive for Helicobacter pylori infection,the positive rate was 46.0%.1 324 cases were negative for Helicobacter pylori infection,the negative rate was 54.0%.The positive rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in high school students was significantly higher than that in primary school students and junior high school students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of age,the incidence of Helicobacter pylori infection is higher,at the same time,there is no significant correlation between the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori and the region,and most of the infected people has no obvious performance,a small number of infected patients has abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid regurgitation and vomiting,which provides scientific basis for the prevention of digestive system diseases in primary and secondary schools.更多还原
