【摘要】 目的:探究心理护理干预对新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离患者焦虑、恐惧心理状态的影响。方法:2020年1-3月收治新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离患者34例,均给予心理护理干预。观察护理后患者焦虑及抑郁评分、疾病知识掌握程度及护理满意度情况。结果:患者护理后,焦虑评分为(50.56±4.36)分,抑郁评分为(52.35±3.75)分,与护理前焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疾病知识掌握程度优20例(58.82%),良11例(32.35%),差3例(8.82%),优良率为91.18%。患者满意22例(64.71%),一般满意10例(29.41%),不满意2例(5.88%),总满意率为94.12%。结论:在新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离患者护理中应用心理护理干预具有可行性,患者焦虑、抑郁情绪得到有效的控制,并且患者对新型冠状病毒疾病知识的掌握程度良好,护理满意度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety and fear of isolated patients during the anti epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods:From January to March 2020,34 patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia were selected,and they were given psychological nursing intervention.We observed the anxiety and depression scores,mastery of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction after nursing.Results:After nursing,anxiety score was(50.56±4.36) and depression score was(52.35±3.75).In terms of mastery of disease knowledge,there was excellent in 20 cases(58.82%),good in 11 cases(32.35%),poor in 3 cases(8.82%),the excellent and good rate was 91.18%.The patients were satisfied in 22 cases(64.71%),generally satisfied in 10 cases(29.41%),dissatisfied in 2 cases(5.88%),the total satisfaction rate was 94.12%.Conclusion:It is feasible to apply psychological nursing intervention for isolated patients during the anti epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia,patients’ anxiety and depression are effectively controlled,and the the patient’s mastery of knowledge of novel coronavirus diseases is good,nursing satisfaction is high.更多还原
