【摘要】 目的:探究加减清热祛湿通痹汤治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治急性痛风性关节炎患者260例,随机分为两组,各130例。对照组给予常规药物治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上联合加减清热祛湿通痹汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及血尿酸(UA)等指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上联合加减清热祛湿通痹汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎,具有较高的临床效果,且无用药安全性问题,能够有效改善患者CRP、ESR、UA水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Qingre Qushi Tongbi decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,260 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 130 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medical treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified Qingre Qushi Tongbi decoction on the basis of conventional medical treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indicator levels of serum C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and serum uric acid(UA)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis,the combination of modified Qingre Qushi Tongbi decoction on the basis of conventional medical treatment has a high clinical therapeutic effect,there is no problem of drug safety,which can effectively improve the CRP,ESR,UA levels of patients and it has high clinical application value.更多还原
