【摘要】 目的:探讨一次性根治术治疗婴幼儿腺源性肛周脓肿的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年10月-2019年2月一次性根治术治疗婴幼儿腺源性肛周脓肿76例的临床资料。结果:76例均一次性治愈,治愈率为100%;随访3个月～2年均无复发,无肛门畸形、肛门失禁等后遗症。结论:小儿肛周脓肿Ⅰ期根治术,成功治疗的关键是正确寻找和处理内口,此术式安全有效、并发症少、疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the surgical technique and clinical effect of one-time radical operation in the treatment of infantile adenogenic perianal abscess.Methods:The clinical data of 76 cases of infantile adenogenic perianal abscess treated by one-time radical operation from October 2015 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:76 cases were cured at one time,the cure rate was 100%.During the follow-up period of 3 months to 2 years,there was no recurrence,and there was no anal deformity,anal incontinence and other sequelae.Conclusion:The key to successful treatment of one stage radical operation for perianal abscess in children is to find and handle the internal orifice correctly,this operation is safe and effective with few complications and satisfactory curative effect.更多还原
