【摘要】 目的:探究中医辨证治疗不同证型皮肤瘙痒症的效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治皮肤瘙痒症患者180例,随机分为两组,各90例。对照组采用西医治疗;试验组根据中医不同证型选择不同中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据中医辨证分析的临床指导,对证型不同的皮肤瘙痒症患者采用不同对症药物进行治疗,可获得显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on different types of skin pruritus.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,180 patients with skin pruritus were admitted,they were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The experimental group was treated with different traditional Chinese medicines according to different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the clinical guidance of dialectical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,patients with different types of skin pruritus can be treated with different symptomatic drugs and significant effects can be obtained.更多还原
