【摘要】 目的:分析床旁肺部超声在呼吸危重症的应用价值。方法:2019年5-12月收治呼吸危重症患者53例,均采取床旁肺部超声和胸部X线检查。比较两种检查方式在诊断中的应用价值。结果:以病理性检查为标准,相较于胸部X线检查,床旁肺部超声的诊断符合率更高,漏诊误诊率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。床旁肺部超声在入院就诊时间、检查时间、症状缓解时间及住院时间等方面均短于胸部X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用床旁肺部超声的患者生活质量评分及心理状态评分均优于胸部X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对呼吸危重症患者采用床旁肺部超声能够取得较高诊断价值,有助于抓住治疗时机,缩短入院就诊时间,及时缓解患者呼吸困难症状,提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the application value of bedside lung ultrasound in respiratory critical illness.Methods:From May to December 2019,53 patients with respiratory critical illness were enrolled,all of them were taken bedside lung ultrasound and chest X-ray examination.The value of these two examination methods in diagnosis was compared.Results:Taken pathological examination as the standard,compared with chest X-ray examination,the diagnostic accuracy of bedside lung ultrasound was higher and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the admission time,the examination time,the symptom relief time and the length of hospital stays of bedside lung ultrasound were shorter than those of chest X-ray examination,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both the quality of life score and the mental state score of the patients with bedside pulmonary ultrasound were better than the chest X-ray examination,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of bedside lung ultrasound for patients with severe respiratory disease can achieve higher diagnostic value,it is helpful to seize the opportunity of treatment,shorten the time of admission,relieve the symptoms of dyspnea in time and it also can improve the survival rate.更多还原
