【摘要】 目的:研究卵巢癌患者围术期应用中医特色护理的疗效和护理体会。方法:2018年2月-2019年3月收治卵巢癌患者90例,根据不同护理方式分为两组,各45例。对照组在围术期给予常规护理方式;研究组给予中医特色护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组治疗依从性与护理满意度均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后焦虑评分与抑郁评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理运用于卵巢癌患者围术期,可以有效减少不良反应,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高治疗依从性与护理满意度,进而提高治疗效果与患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect and nursing experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients with ovarian cancer during perioperative period.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2019,90 patients with ovarian cancer were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing during perioperative period and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the perioperative period of patients with ovarian cancer can effectively reduce the adverse reactions,it can ease patients’ anxiety,depression and other bad emotions,improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction and then improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.更多还原
