【摘要】 目的:探讨人文关怀在男科护理管理中的应用及对患者不良情绪产生的影响。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年10月男科患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组应用常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上增加人文关怀。比较两组护理满意度、不良情绪发生率及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组护理满意度高于对照组,不良情绪发生率及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在男科护理中实施人文关怀护理,能够降低患者心理负担,有效降低不良情绪的发生,提高患者自信心及护理满意度,减少不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application of humanistic care in nursing management of andrology and its influence on patients’ bad emotion.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,88 patients from andrology department were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group applied conventional nursing.The research group applied humanistic care on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of bad emotion and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than the control group and the incidences of bad emotion and adverse reaction were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing can reduce the psychological burden of patients who were from andrology department,it can effectively reduce the incidence of bad emotions and adverse reactions and improve patients’ self-confidence and nursing satisfaction.更多还原
