【摘要】 目的:探析改良间断垂直钢丝缝合联合Krachow缝合法治疗髌骨下极骨折的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年2月收治髌骨下极骨折患者24例,随机分为两组,各12例。对照组采用传统聚髌器或克氏针张力带固定治疗;观察组采用改良间断垂直钢丝缝合联合Krachow缝合法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗优良率、并发症发生率及术后6个月膝关节功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良间断垂直钢丝缝合联合Krachow缝合法治疗髌骨下极骨折,可减轻临床病症,提高治疗效果,还有助于降低并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of improved discontinuous vertical wire suture combined with Krachow suture in the treatment of displaced patellar lower pole fracture.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,24 patients with patellar lower pole fracture were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 12 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional patellar concentrator or kirschner wire tension band fixation.The observation group was treated with improved discontinuous vertical wire suture combined with Krachow suture.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment,the incidence of complication and knee function score 6 months after operation of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved discontinuous vertical wire suture combined with Krachow suture in the treatment of patellar lower pole fracture can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect and it also can help to reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
