【摘要】 目的:探讨保护性回肠造口在腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术中应用的临床效果。方法:2016年3月-2018年3月收治行腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组有保护性回肠造口;对照组无保护性回肠造口。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组禁食时间、肛门排气时间、引流管拔出时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保护性回肠造口在腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术中可改善术后恢复情况,且不增加并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of protective ileostomy in laparoscopic assisted radical resection of low rectal carcinoma.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2018,80 patients who underwent laparoscopic assisted radical resection of low rectal cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.There was protective ileostomy in the observation group and no protective ileostomy in the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The fasting time,anal exhaust time,drainage tube pulling out time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Protective ileostomy can improve postoperative recovery in laparoscopic assisted radical resection of low rectal cancer without increasing the incidence of complications.更多还原
