【摘要】 目的:对比常规治疗和糖皮质激素联合治疗过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法:2016年6月-2018年6月收治反复过敏性紫癜患儿96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组使用孟鲁司特钠治疗;观察组在孟鲁司特钠基础上联合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血清白三烯B4(LTB4)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-4(IL-4)指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项临床症状消失时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性紫癜,可有效降低血清炎症因子水平,加快临床症状改善时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of conventional therapy combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2018,96 children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium.The observation group combined with glutcorticoid therapy on the basis of montelukast sodium.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,the serum levels of LTB4,IL-4 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of all clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucocorticoids combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and accelerate the improvement time of clinical symptoms.更多还原
