【摘要】 目的:分析玉屏风颗粒联合甘露聚糖肽治疗儿童呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:2017年9月-2018年8月收治反复呼吸道感染150例,随机分为治疗组80例和对照组70例。对照组给予常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上口服玉屏风颗粒及甘露聚糖肽。结果:治疗组治疗后血液各项指标水平及免疫检测各项指标水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年后,治疗组呼吸道感染次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反复呼吸道感染患儿在常规治疗基础上口服玉屏风颗粒及甘露聚糖肽可有效改善血液及免疫指标水平,降低反复呼吸道感染发作次数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the curative effect of yupingfeng granule combined with mannan in the treatment of children’s respiratory tract infection.Methods:150 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection were selected from September 2017 to August2018,they were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=80) and control group(n=70).The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given oral yupingfeng granules and mannan on the basis of conventional treatment.Results:The levels of blood indexes and immune test indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the number of respiratory tract infections in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,taking yupingfeng granule and mannan can effectively improve the level of blood and immune indexes,and reduce the frequency of recurrent respiratory tract infection.更多还原
