【摘要】 目的:评价耳内镜下鼓膜置管联合鼻镜下腺样体切除治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治分泌性中耳炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗;试验组应用耳内镜下鼓膜置管联合鼻镜下腺样体切除治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组纯音听力高于对照组,中耳积液时间短于对照组,免疫功能优于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳内镜下鼓膜置管联合鼻镜下腺样体切除治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效确切,可改善患者免疫功能、缩短中耳积液时间,又可降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of tympanostomy tube under ear endoscopic combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy for secretory otitis media.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,80 patients with secretory otitis media were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tympanostomy tube under ear endoscopic and the experimental group was treated with tympanostomy tube under ear endoscopic combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The pure tone hearing of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the time of the middle ear effusion was shorter than the control group,the immune function was better than the control group and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tympanostomy tube under ear endoscopic combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy for secretory otitis media,it can improve the immune function,shorten the time of ear effusion and reduce the recurrence rate.更多还原
