【摘要】 动静脉瘘是常见的血管外科疾病,由于多种原因造成动、静脉之间短路,血液不经过毛细血管网,直接在动静脉主干之间沟通。随着介入治疗的推广,医源性假性动脉瘤,特别是医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤、动静脉瘘,如股动静脉瘘渐多,但同发罕见。本文介绍1例介入致右股假性动脉瘤并动静脉瘘的患者,分析治疗过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Arteriovenous fistula is a common vascular surgical disease,short circuit formed between the arteries and veins,due to a variety of reasons,so blood does not pass through the capillary network,it directly communicated between the arteriovenous trunk.With the promotion of interventional therapy,iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm,especially iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm of femoral artery,arteriovenous fistula,such as femoral arteriovenous fistula gradually is increasing,but the co-occurrence is rare.This paper introduces a case of right femoral pseudoaneurysm with arteriovenous fistula caused by intervention therapy,to analyze the treatment process.更多还原
