【摘要】 目的:评价皮疾灵口服液联合外用咪喹莫特乳膏及他扎罗汀凝胶治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:2017年5月-2019年2月收治扁平疣患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组交替外用咪喹莫特乳膏与他扎罗汀凝胶治疗,治疗组口服自制中药制剂皮疾灵口服液并交替外用咪喹莫特乳膏与他扎罗汀凝胶治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率及痊愈率高于对照组,起效时间和痊愈时间均短于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮疾灵口服液联合外用咪喹莫特乳膏及他扎罗汀凝胶治疗扁平疣效果显著,且安全性高,可避免疾病反复发作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical effect of pijiling oral liquid combined with external use of imiquimod cream and tazarotene gel in the treatment of flat wart.Methods:From May 2017 to February 2019,120 patients with flat wart were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was alternately treated with external use of imiquimod cream and tazarotene gel;The treatment group took the self-made Chinese medicine preparation pijiling oral liquid and alternated topical application of imiquimod cream and tazarotene gel.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate and cure rate in the treatment group were higher than in the control group,the onset time and recovery time were better than in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pejiling oral liquid combined with external use of imiquimod cream and tazarotine gel is effective and safe in the treatment of flat wart,it can avoid the recurrence of the disease.更多还原
