【摘要】 目的:分析在肿瘤营养治疗中采用个体化营养支持治疗的效果。方法:2018年1-12月收治肿瘤患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组采用个体化营养支持;对照组采用常规营养支持。比较营养支持效果。结果:观察组总有效率、营养风险指数评分(NRI)、预后营养指数(PNI)评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化营养支持在肿瘤营养治疗中效果良好,可有效提升治疗效果,且营养状况较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized nutrition support in tumor nutrition treatment.Methods:80 cancer patients were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.Individual nutrition support was used in the observation group,routine nutritional support was used in the control group.We compared the effect of nutritional support.Results:The total effective rate,NRI,PNI and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nutrition support has a good effect on tumor nutrition treatment,it can effectively improve the treatment effect,the nutritional status is good.更多还原
