【摘要】 目的:分析经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年6月收治未行切除手术的原发性肝癌患者72例,按不同治疗方式分为两组。对照组采用射频消融术治疗;研究组采用射频消融术联合经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组腹腔转移率及肝内转移率均低于对照组,1年生存率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后甲胎蛋白水平低于对照组,肿瘤直径小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝癌患者采用经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术可显著提高1年生存率,有助于改善患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization on primary liver cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,72 patients with primary liver cancer without excision were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation;The study group was treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compard.Results:The rate of abdominal and intrahepatic metastases in the study group were lower than in the control group,the 1-year survival rate was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative alpha-fetoprotein level in the study group was lower than in the control group,the tumor diameter was smaller than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization in patients with liver cancer can significantly improve the 1-year survival rate and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
