【摘要】 目的:探讨补阳还五汤合四味健步汤联合针刺疗法治疗脑梗死后偏瘫的临床价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治脑梗死偏瘫患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规西药疗法;研究组实施补阳还五汤合四味健步汤联合针刺疗法。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤合四味健步汤联合针刺疗法可有效提高脑梗死偏瘫病症的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Siwei Jianbu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,80 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were enrolled.They were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Siwei Jianbu decoction and acupuncture therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of neurological deficit in the study group was lower than in the control group and the scores of daily living ability in the study group was higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Siwei Jianbu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.更多还原
