【摘要】 产业转型升级是现今的热门话题,特别是在由中小企业组成的传统产业集聚区,其转型升级面临着众多的困境。本文以中国童装名镇——浙江省湖州市织里镇为例,通过对中小企业主及外来务工者的访谈与问卷调查,讨论其转型升级的困境与路径。研究认为:现阶段,织里镇面临着比较优势"断档"、产业空心化、人才吸引难等问题,以及由此带来的各种社会问题。完成织里镇童装产业的转型升级需要积极应对挑战,在政策引导、加强规划建设、良好氛围的营造、配套设施建设、人才吸引等方面做出努力,走出困境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial upgrading and transformation are hot topics of concern. And attention should be paid especially to the clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises, whose transformation and upgrading may face many difficulties. Taking Zhili Town in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province as an example, based on the field interviews and questionnaire surveys of small and medium-sized enterprises’ entrepreneurs and migrant workers, this paper talks about the difficulties and paths of industry transformation and upgrading. This paper believes that: Zhili Town, Huzhou City is now in the stage of directly facing transformation and upgrading, as well as the "breaking" of comparative advantage and industrial hollow. Problems such as difficulties in attracting talents and some social problems are also welling up. To complete the transformation and upgrading of the children’s clothing industry in Zhili Town, we need to actively respond to the challenges, and make efforts in policy guidance, planning and construction of the town, the establishment of a good atmosphere, the construction of infrastructure and supporting facilities, and the attraction of talents, so that we can get out of the predicament.更多还原
