【摘要】 目的调查分析西安两所医学高校内临床医学本科生的创新创业教育现状,为高等医学院校的创新创业教育改革提供参考。方法 2020年6月采集并分析西安市两所医学院校在校生创新创业教育的有关数据。结果临床医学专业本科生对于创新创业教育活动的认知度和参与度一般,绝大多数者认为自己无法满足创业需要。科技创新氛围不足、投入不足、专业指导力量不足是制约创新的主要因素。校内课程开展对学生创新创业能力有一定提高作用,学生诉求集中在与实践训练相关的方面。结论医学高校亟待树立以创新创业导向的全员育人观,提供多元化服务拓展渠道,注重意识培养和实践能力提升,提升医学本科生创新创业能力教育水平,推动医学高等教育事业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for undergraduates in clinical medicine in Xi’an,and to provide references for the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education for medical talents.Methods The questionnaire method was used to students of two medical universities in Xi’an,the data on the general situation,the cognition,participation status,influencing factors,educational needs,etc.was analyzed.Results Students’ awareness and participation in innovative entrepreneurship education activities were general,especially the enthusiasm for self-employment was not high,the vast majority of students thought that their current knowledge and skill level could not meet the needs of entrepreneurship,clinical medical undergraduates thought more difficult from objective conditions and environment were the main factors restricting their own innovation;the educational demands of students were mainly focused on the aspects related to practical training.Conclusion Medical colleges and universities urgently need to establish a full-staff education concept oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship,provide diversified services while paying attention to the cultivation of consciousness and practical ability,improve the level of education of medical undergraduates’ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities,to promote the development of medical higher education in China.更多还原
