【摘要】 胸外科研究生的临床思维培养及操作技能训练是住院医师规范化培训的重要培养目标,但是三年的专硕研究生培养几乎全部贯穿于临床科室的实习轮转中,面临临床工作任务紧,培养时间有限这一短板,如何在临床轮转的过程中选择临床课题的方向并顺利完成课题,是目前专业学位硕士研究生及带教导师面临的重要问题。本研究拟将胸心外科的实际带教经验进行总结,并进一步在本院其他外科专业的规培学员中进行推广,拟探索辅助雨课堂及思源学堂教学平台联合的模式,既能在繁忙的临床工作中确保带教学时,又能在线上实时的教学中调动学生的学习积极性,更好地适应新时代的医学人才培养需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the national code of residency training policy,which emphasizing the continuous deepen teaching reforming and quality of clinical education improving,the Department of Thoracic Surgery should find a better way to complete the training mode of rules from the physician.The skill training is always the key and dominant standard for cultivating the resident doctors and students,however,the scientific research ability should never be neglected,and with searching and analyzing the public data base of massive medical centers,we successfully trained the resident doctors with data analyzing,data screening,data digging,data integrating abilities.To reform the educational modes,the combination of rain classroom and thinking source school teaching platform was perform to train students of thoracic surgery regulation,which can not only ensure students’ safety,but also effectively mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm,so as to better meet the needs of medical personnel training in the new era.Based on this purpose,this paper summarized several models of combined rain classroom and thinking activity platform,discussed the practical application of this model in clinical teaching,to make the scientific training available,and to make sure that the clinical thinking and innovation ability will be acquired.更多还原
