【摘要】 高等医学专业实验技术队伍在新时期实验室建设中举足轻重,是保障医学相关专业及生命科学类可持续人才培养、科研成果产出的重要环节之一。医学实验技术团队也需要适应国家高校改革发展的要求。本文针对目前实验技术队伍存在的人员结构断层、知识结构不足、管理理念有待提升、实验技术人员职称晋升及工作待遇有待完善等问题,分析成因,并逐一探讨实验室人员培养模式,让更多高素质实验技术人员更高效地为教学、科研及实验室管理服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratory technicians at medical colleges and universities play a critical role in the development of laboratories.They serve as an important link in guaranteeing the sustainable training of talents in medicine-related specialties and life sciences as well as science and technology achievements.The team of medical laboratory technicians should meet the requirement of the reform at higher learning institutions.This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems including laboratory technicians’ discontinuous composition and inadequate knowledge structure,faulty management concept,unsatisfactory professional promotion and payment.Then it discusses the mode of training laboratory technicians so that more high-quality laboratory technicians will be able to serve teaching,research,and laboratory management more effectively.更多还原
