【Abstract】 In new era that the construction of"double first-class"universities has been an important strategic decision of our country,the problems of the construction and development of medical experimental technology team become more obvious.In this paper,the medical experimental teachers of Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Medical Science Center were selected for questionnaire survey and interview,and the survey results were analyzed.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the medical experimental teams in colleges and universities,and probes into their improvement strategies,so as to promote the construction of medical experimental technical teams.更多还原
