Sm掺杂羟基磷灰石/氧化钛复合材料的荧光性能
The luminescent property of samarium doped hydroxyapatite/TiO2 composites
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Sm掺杂羟基磷灰石/氧化钛复合材料,使用X射线衍射(XRD)、光致荧光光谱(PL)和CIE色谱图等对复合材料中Sm掺杂浓度以及复合比例等对其结构及发光性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明,在404 nm波长激发下,复合材料样品出现了Sm3+典型的荧光跃迁发射.固定SmHA与TiO2比例,样品在Sm掺杂量为3 mol%时出现荧光浓度淬灭;当掺Sm浓度固定时,随着氧化钛的比例增大,复合材料的荧光强度增强,荧光寿命逐渐减小.此外复合材料样品的荧光发光颜色处于橙红色区,且其色度坐标随着Sm含量和TiO2含量的变化可在一定区域内调节.
【Abstract】 The samarium(Sm) doped hydroxyapatite/titanium oxide composites(denoted as(SmxHA/TiO2(R)) were prepared by sol-gel method herein.The effects of Sm doping concentration and TiO2 ratio on the structure and luminescent properties of the composites were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),photoluminescence(PL) spectra and CIE chromatic analysis.It is shown that the typical fluorescence transition emission of Sm3+ ions occurs near 564,601 and 648 nm under the excitation of 404 nm.The concentration quenching was detected when Sm doping is 3 mol% at a fixed SmHA/TiO2 ratio.The fluorescence intensity of SmxHA/TiO2(R) composites will increase with the elevated proportion of TiO2,while the fluorescence lifetime of samples decreases with the TiO2 increasing.Furthermore,the PL color of samples locate in the red-orange area and their CIE chromaticity coordinates could be adjusted by the content of Sm and TiO2.
