铁(Ⅱ)基质自养反硝化的脱氮效率及其影响因素研究
Study on nitrogen removal efficiency and influencing factors of iron (Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification
【摘要】 铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化是一种新型自养反硝化脱氮工艺,它是以Fe2+为电子供体,NO3--N为电子受体而实现的微生物化能自养型生理活动.本文采用实际脱氮工艺中的异养反硝化活性污泥,通过亚铁基质自养反硝化驯化,实现铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化启动和运行,并探究了该自养反硝化脱氮的影响因素和运行条件.试验结果表明:在反应温度为30℃,进水Fe2+和NO3--N浓度分别为575 mg/L和55 mg/L时,铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化脱氮效率为53.6%;当进水Fe/N(即Fe2+/NO3--N摩尔比)比为3时,铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化脱氮效果最好,NO3--N最大去除率为42.12%,最大去除负荷为0.051 kg/(m3·d);进水Fe2+浓度越高,并非有利于铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化脱氮,当进水Fe2+增大到800 mg/L时,脱氮效率开始下降;铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化脱氮运行的最适宜pH为7.进水pH越高或越低,均对铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化脱氮效率有明显影响;进水中NH4+-N对铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化运行不利,当进水NH4+-N浓度大于50 mg/L时,脱氮效率明显下降;铁(Ⅱ)基质自养反硝化菌不能促使NH4+-Fe3+反应.铁(Ⅱ)基质自养反硝化的途径是铁(Ⅱ)基质自养反硝化菌直接将NO3--N还原为气态氮.研究结果对于完善铁(Ⅱ)自养反硝化运行条件和提高运行效果具有一定的指导意义,为生物脱氮提供了新的方法和理论依据.
【Abstract】 Iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification is a new autotrophic denitrification process,which is a microbial autotrophic physiological activity with Fe2+ as electron donor and NO3--N as electron acceptor.In this project,heterotrophic denitrification activated sludge in the actual denitrification process was adopted to acclimate through autotrophic denitrification of ferrous matrix,the start-up and operation of iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification were realized,and the influencing factors and operating conditions of the autotrophic denitrification were further explored.The results showed that the nitrogen removal efficiency of iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification was 53.6% when the reaction temperature was 30 ℃ and the concentration of Fe2+ and NO3--N was 575 mg/L and 55 mg/L,respectively.When the influent Fe/N ratio(The molar ratio of Fe2+/NO3--N) was 3,Iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification had the best denitrification effect.The maximum nitrate removal rate was 42.12%,and the maximum removal load was 0.051 kg/(m3·d).The higher the concentration of Fe2+ in the influent,the worse the iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification.When the concentration of Fe2+ in the influent increased to 800 mg/L,the denitrification efficiency began to decline.The optimum pH for iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification was 7.The higher or lower the influent pH has a significant effect on the iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification.Nitrogen removal efficiency of iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification decreased significantly when the concentration of NH4+-N was more than 50 mg/L,which disadvantaged the operation of iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification.Iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrifying bacteria couldn’t promote NH4+-Fe3+ reaction.The iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification pathway occurred when iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification bacteria directly reduced NO3--N to gaseous nitrogen.The results have certain guiding significance for improving the operation conditions and effect of iron(Ⅱ) autotrophic denitrification,and provide a new method and theoretical basis for biological denitrification.
