油井动液面监测系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Oil Well Liquid Level Monitoring System
【摘要】 针对油田生产中关键指标油井动液面的测量,设计并实现了一套油井动液面监测系统。系统由数据采集层、数据集成存储层以及应用层组成。系统通过控制发声装置发声并采集声音在油井内传播的声压信号采集动液面信息,并将数据以WiFi传输方式或4G通信方式传输到数据集成存储层,最后使用回声法计算动液面。由于油井地理位置情况复杂,系统将偏远油井的数据暂存到阿里云服务器并使用数据同步软件将暂存数据同步至油田本地数据库,以保证整个油田油井数据的完整性。经测试,系统可快速、准确地采集、处理、存储油井内信息并及时反映油井的动液面情况。
【Abstract】 A oil well liquid level monitoring system is designed and implemented.The system consists of data acquisition layer,data integration storage layer and application layer.The dynamic liquid level data is acquired by controlling the sound producing device and collecting acoustic pressure signal propagating in the oil well.Then they are transmitted to the data integration storage layer by means of WiFi or 4 G.Finally the dynamic liquid level is calculated using echo method.Due to the complex geographical location of oil wells,the system will temporarily store the data of remote oil wells to Alibaba cloud server and store the temporary data to the local database of the oil field using data synchronization software,so as to ensure the integrity of oil well data in the whole oil field.Testing results show that the system can quickly and accurately collect,process and store the information of the oil well and timely reflect the dynamic liquid level of the oil well.
