【摘要】 志愿服务是高校思想政治教育工作开展的有效载体,也是推动大学生综合素养提升的重要渠道。高校志愿服务育人工作现阶段仍然面临着许多现实困难,挖掘新时代条件下高校大学生志愿服务实践育人工作潜力具有重要的现实意义。如何改善和优化大学生志愿服务育人体系,提升志愿服务育人效果,成为高校思政工作者急需关注的内容。结合新时代大学生志愿服务实践育人的积极意义,分析当前高校大学生志愿服务存在的四个方面的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出解决对策,探索大学生志愿服务实践育人工作开展的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Voluntary service is an effective carrier for ideological and political education in colleges and universities as well as an important channel to promote the improvement of college student’s comprehensive quality. At present, college students’ voluntary service is still facing many real difficulties. Consequently, it is of great significance to tap the potential of college students’ voluntary service practice in the new era. How to improve and optimize the voluntary education system of college students and enhance the effect of voluntary service education have become the content that college ideological and political workers urgently need to pay attention to. This article combines the positive significance of the voluntary education practice of college students in the new era, analyzes the main problems among the current four aspects of college volunteer education, proposes solutions to the existing problems, and explores the effective way of implementing volunteer education practice.更多还原
