基于机器学习的养老机构室内环境质量满意度评价模型

【摘要】 室内环境质量作为养老机构居住环境的重要组成部分,直接影响居住老人的健康与舒适感,日益成为我国养老问题的一个重要关注点.然而国内学者对养老机构室内环境质量的研究还相对缺乏.因此,本研究利用机器学习建立老年人对整体室内环境质量满意度的评价模型,选取热舒适度、室内空气质量、视觉舒适度以及声学舒适度四个方面对整体室内环境质量满意度进行评估.研究结果表明:对于老人来说,空气温度、相对湿度、室内空气质量、光照以及噪声水平对整体室内环境质量满意度都有一定影响.其中温度是对室内环境质量满意度影响最大的因素,其次是噪声水平,而光照是影响最小的因素.该模型的评价结果可为养老机构的设计及运营决策提供指导,有望改善室内环境质量.

【Abstract】 As an important part of the living environment of nursing homes, indoor environmental quality directly affects the health and comfort of the residential elders.It has increasingly become an important concern for the elders in China. However, research on the indoor environment quality of nursing homes is still relatively lacking. Therefore, this study uses machine learning to establish an evaluation model of the elders′ satisfaction with the overall indoor environmental quality.The study selects thermal comfort, indoor air quality, visual comfort and acoustic comfort to evaluate the overall indoor environmental quality satisfaction. The results show that air temperature, relative humidity, indoor air quality, light and noise levels all have a certain effect on the overall indoor environmental quality satisfaction for elders.Meanwhile temperature is the most influential factor among the five factors, then followed by noise level, and light is the least one. The evaluation results of the model can provide guidance for the design and operation decisions of the nursing homes, and it is expected to improve the indoor environment quality.
