【摘要】 中共中央、国务院《关于打赢脱贫攻坚战的决定》明确重点支持革命老区、民族地区、边疆地区、连片特困地区脱贫攻坚。本文基于经济学视角,多角度对贫困成因、少数民族地区贫困机理以及金融缓解贫困的作用机制等进行理论综述,通过实证分析探究了南疆贫困的现状及导致贫困的深层次原因,总结出少数民族地区脱贫攻坚的"克州扶贫开发模式",最后对金融支持少数民族地区扶贫开发提出思考和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on "Winning the Tough Fight against Poverty" clearly supports the old revolutionary areas, ethnic areas, border areas, and even the most impoverished areas. Based on the perspective of economics, this article summarizes the causes of poverty, the poverty mechanism in ethnic minority areas, and the mechanism of financial poverty alleviation from multiple perspectives. Through empirical analysis, it explores the cur-rent situation of poverty in South Xinjiang and the underlying causes of poverty. And then, the "Kezhou poverty alleviation and devel-opment model" for poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas was summarized. Finally, suggestions and suggestions for financial sup-port for poverty alleviation and development in ethnic minority areas were put forward.更多还原
