【摘要】 近年来,高校职务发明越来越受到社会的广泛重视,《促进科技成果转化法》的出台进一步激发了高校科研人员发明创造的热情。我国一直十分注重专利相关法律的制度构建,但我国部分法律制度已经不能适应当前高校职务发明的需要,因此,应当通过完善当前的立法,进一步细化高校职务发明奖酬法律制度,为营造高校发明创造良好的环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the university job invention has drawn more and more attention from the society. The issuing of the Law of Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements has further stimulated the enthusiasm of the university scientific researchers for invention and creation. China has always attached great importance to the construction of patent-related legal system,but some legal systems in China can not meet the needs of job invention in colleges and universities.
