【摘要】 医德培养是医学生教育的重要内容,临床实习阶段是医德培养的关键时期。当前,在临床实习阶段普遍存在重医技训练与考核、轻医德培养与考核的问题。造成这种问题的原因有:社会环境的功利主义倾向,医德考核机制不健全,实习生职业理想与职业规划不科学。解决这一问题要着力于建立和健全医疗服务制度,完善各个层面的医德考核机制和加强带教老师的遴选,落实"言传身教",在医治、查房和护理的细节上涵养医德,帮助学生提高医德培养的自觉性与主动性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical ethics training is an important part of medical students’ education, and clinical practice stage is the key period of medical ethics training. At present, there are many problems in clinical practice, such as emphasizing medical technology training and examination, neglecting medical ethics training and examination. The reasons for this problem are: utilitarian tendency of social environment, imperfect medical ethics assessment mechanism, and unscientific intern career ideal and career planning. To solve this problem, people should focus on establishing and improving the medical service system, improving the medical ethics examination mechanism at all levels, strengthening the selection of teachers to teach, implementing the practice of "words and deeds", and cultivating medical ethics in the details of medical treatment, ward rounds and nursing care, help students to improve the consciousness and initiative of medical ethics training.更多还原
