【摘要】 目的:观察碳酸司维拉姆联合组合型人工肾对终末期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:2017-06—2019-11在本院门诊血透中心透析的70例终末期肾病合并皮肤瘙痒患者,依据其是否合并糖尿病将其分为非DN组(n=35)和DN组(n=35)。使用碳酸司维拉姆联合组合型人工肾对患者进行两个月的治疗,比较治疗后两组患者皮肤瘙痒缓解程度及钙磷代谢指标变化。结果:经碳酸司维拉姆联合组合型人工肾治疗后,两组患者血磷及血甲状旁腺素水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且皮肤瘙痒症状均得到一定程度的缓解,但DN组皮肤瘙痒缓解率低于非DN组(P<0.01)。结论:碳酸司维拉姆联合组合型人工肾对于DN患者皮肤瘙痒症状改善作用低于非DN患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sevelamer combined with artificial kidney on skin itching in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy. Method: A total of 70 patients with pruritus were collected from the hemodialysis center of our hospital, including 35 patients with non-diabetic nephropathy group and 35 patients with diabetic nephropathy group. The patients were treated with sevelamer combined with artificial kidney for two months. The remission rate of skin itching and the value of calcium and phosphorus metabolism were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the symptoms of pruritus in both groups were alleviated and serum phosphorus and PTH levels were lower than before treatment(P<0.01). The skin pruritus was relieved in diabetic nephropathy group, however the remission rate was lower than non-diabetic nephropathy group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Sevelamer combined with artificial kidney can relieve the symptoms of pruritus in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy. The remission rate of diabetic group was lower than non-diabetic nephropathy group.更多还原
