【摘要】 当代社会的发展需要大量创新型人才。大学生是未来的创新人才主力军,需要有较强的创新能力。然而,目前,大学生存在自我管理能力差、学习能力差、组织协调能力差、想象力差等问题,大学阶段应当针对这些问题进行创新能力培养。高校图书馆可以通过设计舒适的馆舍环境、协助建立学习小组、提供实践岗位、建设创客空间等方法,参与大学生创新能力的培养,为培养大学生的创新能力提供环境、资源和服务支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of contemporary society needs a large number of innovative talents. College students are the main force of innovative talents in the future,and need to have strong innovation ability. However,at present,college students have problems such as poor self-management ability,poor learning ability,poor organization and coordination ability,poor imagination,and so on.
