二代测序技术的发展及其在儿童感染性疾病中的应用

【摘要】 二代测序技术的出现将"基因组"引入到个人的大数据时代,其高通量、高灵敏度、病原覆盖范围广、检测周期短及无偏倚的技术检测特性改变了人们对疾病的认识过程,其在感染性疾病当中的临床应用已经引起高度重视。本研究根据现有的研究成果对二代测序技术的技术特点、存在挑战及在儿童感染性疾病中的应用进行综述,并加以分析展望。

【Abstract】 The emergence of second generation sequencing technology has introduced "genome" into the era of personal big data.Its high-throughput,high sensitivity,wide coverage of pathogens,short detection cycle and unbiased technical detection characteristics have changed people’s understanding of the disease process,and its clinical application in infectious diseases has attracted great attention.Based on the existing research results,this paper summarized the technical characteristics,challenges and application of second-generation sequencing technology in children with infectious diseases,and analyzed the prospect.
