【摘要】 足球人口是足球运动发展的基石,是相关领域学术研究和政策制定的基础性概念。采用文献资料法和比较分析法,对中外足球人口概念进行比照研究。有鉴于足球人口对国家足球实力提升的基础性作用,进一步考察了我国在普及足球运动、增加足球人口、维护足球人口、发挥足球育人功能等实践过程中存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了以下创新发展思路:统一对足球人口概念的思想认识;优化足球人口发展的顶层设计;规范统计方法,摸清足球人口的真实数据;把握足球发展规律,提高足球普及率;构筑足球人口发展体系,增加高质量的足球人口。更多还原

【Abstract】 Football participants are the cornerstone for the development of football and the basic concept of academic research and policy making inthe related fields. Through literature and comparative study, the concept of football participant in China and in the western countries is compared with regard to the fundamental roles of the football participants in promoting the national football comprehensive strength. The weaknesses of China in popularizing, increasing, maintaining the football participants as well as educating people through football are analyzed. It is proposed that clarifying the concept of football participants, optimizing top design, standardizing statistical method, finding out the exact number of participants, building a promotion system and paying attention to quality.更多还原
