超小型AMT三分量感应式磁场传感器研制
Development of ultra-small AMT three-component inductive magnetic field sensor
【摘要】 在地球物理电磁法勘探中感应式磁场传感器已广泛应用,该类磁场传感器的灵敏度、噪声与其长度和体积成正比,受物理原理制约,长度通常为800 mm~1 440 mm,重量在3 kg~6 kg。这里采用一种磁通聚集技术,突破了传统感应式磁场传感器的设计瓶颈,能大幅度降低传感器的长度,研制用于AMT方法的超小型感应式磁场传感器单个分量长度<230 mm,长度约为传统AMT磁场传感器的30%,直径<110 mm,重量约3 kg,工作频率范围为0.1 Hz~10 000 Hz,噪声水平在1 000 Hz处为■。将三个参数相同的磁场传感器相互垂直安装到一块底板上,构成三分量感应式磁场传感器,其体积为253 mm×253 mm×253 mm,重量约10 kg。野外实验表明:该三分量磁场传感器在地形复杂的地区开展AMT工作,极大地提高野外施工效率,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The inductive magnetic field sensor has been widely used in geophysical electromagnetic exploration. And the sensitivity and noise of this kind of magnetic field sensor are proportional to its length and volume which is restricted by physical principle. The length is usually 800 mm~1 440 mm, and the weight is 36 kg~6 kg. In this paper, a magnetic flux aggregation technology is used to break through the design bottleneck of the traditional inductive magnetic field sensor. This can greatly reduce the length of the sensor, and the single component length of the ultra-small inductive magnetic field sensor for AMT method is <230 mm. It is about 30% of the traditional AMT magnetic field sensor, the diameter <110 mm. The weight is about 3 kg, the operating frequency range is 0.1 Hz~10 000 Hz, and the noise level is 5.5 fT/at 1 000 Hz. The three magnetic field sensors with the same parameters are mounted vertically to each other on a substrate, forming a three-component inductive magnetic field sensor with a volume of 253 mm×253 mm×253 mm and a weight of about 10 kg. Field experiments show that the three-component magnetic field sensor carries out AMT work in areas with complex terrain, greatly improving the field construction efficiency, and has broad application prospects.
