浅论擒拿控制的双手配合

【摘要】 文章通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、并结合自身的教学实践体会,且以拳击、散打的双手配合为对比,从死手擒拿、死手解脱、活手擒拿与空手夺器械等技术中分析擒拿双手配合的规律与特点,指出不管是死手擒拿与解脱,还是活手擒拿以及空手夺器械,擒拿技术都要追求快速地有效接触,所以死手擒拿控制中强调逮手,死手解脱中强调应手,活手擒拿强调接手或要手,空手夺器械也强调逮手和接手的重要性,逮手、应手、接手和要手是擒拿控制与解脱的先觉条件。随后的擒控手是擒拿控制的主体,强调双手在时间上和空间上都要高度协调地进行防守或进攻,从而达到有效控制对方单个部位或某个关节,并通过链条锁定效应使相邻关节锁定,从而达到完全控制对方的目的。

【Abstract】 Through the reference analysis and expert interview,in combination with the experience in practice and contrasting with the both hands combination of boxing and Sanda,this paper analyzes the rules and characteristics of the both hands capture from the techniques of fixed-handed capture,fixed-handed release,live-handed capture,and empty-handed grabbing.It points out that no matter whether it is frxed-handed capture and release,or live-handed capture and empty-handed capture,the capture technology must pursue fast and effective contact.Therefore,the rixed-handed capture control emphasizes catching,the fixed-handed release emphasizes responding,live-handed capture emphasizes taking over or asking for hands,and empty-handed grabbing equipment also emphasizes the importance of catching and taking over.Catching,responding,taking over and beating are the prerequisites for capture control and liberation.The subsequent gripper is the main body of the capture control,emphasizing that both hands must be highly coordinated to defend or attack in time and space,so that we can effectively control a single part or a joint of the opponent,and make adjacent joints through the chain locking effect to achieve the complete control of the other party.
