【摘要】 目的制定新疆新冠肺炎预检分诊路径,指导全疆非定点医疗机构预检分诊、筛查、诊断新冠肺炎的规范化开展。方法回顾性分析新冠肺炎疫情期间某三甲医院发热门诊1 641份病例资料,运用文献复习法和专题小组讨论法,组织多学科专家团队制定新疆新冠肺炎预检分诊路径。结果分析比对国家发布的1-5版《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》,结合回顾性病例分析资料,梳理新冠肺炎诊断思路,针对不同临床类型制定相应的处理流程,凝炼出新冠肺炎预检分诊路径。结论依托省级临床路径质控中心,组织多学科专家团队,设计制定出符合新疆实际的新冠肺炎预检分诊路径,经上级卫生行政部门同意,自2020年1月29日面向全疆远程推广,具较好的实用性和指导性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To formulate the pre-examination and triage pathway for COVID-19 in Xinjiang,and to guide the standardization of pre-examination triage,screening and diagnosis of COVID-19 in non-designated medical institutions throughout Xinjiang. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 1 641 cases of fever clinics in a tertiary hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic period,and a multidisciplinary team of experts was organized to formulate a triage pathway for the pre-examination of COVID-19 in Xinjiang by means of literature review and thematic group discussion. Results The "COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment scheme"(1 to 5 editions)issued by the state were analyzed.Combined with the retrospective case analysis data,the diagnosis way of thinking of COVID-19 was sorted out,and the corresponding treatment process was formulated for each clinical type to agglutinate the pre-examination triage pathway of COVID-19. Conclusion Relying on the provincial clinical pathway quality control center,a multidisciplinary team of experts was organized to design and formulate the COVID-19 pre-examination triage pathway which was in line with the reality of Xinjiang.With the consent of the higher health administration department,it had been promoted to the whole Xinjiang from January 29,2020,which had good practicability and guidance.更多还原
