【摘要】 目的探讨一对一带针对性教学路径在麻醉科护理带教中的实践意义。方法 2018年9月—2019年9月选取的研究对象为该院麻醉科实习护士50名,将其随机分为常规组和实验组,其中25名实习护士采用传统的一对一带教学模式,为常规组;另外25名实习护士采用一对一带针对性教学路径,为实验组。实习结束后,两组实习护士的考试成绩评分、护理教学质量评分以及两组实习护理对带教的满意度等相关情况进行比较。结果常规组实习护士的理论考试成绩以实践考试成绩均显著低于实验组实习护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组实习护士的护理教学质量均显著低于实验组实习护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组实习护士带教满意度为80.00%,实验组带教满意度为96.00%,常规组明显低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取一对一带针对性教学路径模式,在麻醉科进行护理带教,不仅能提高整体教学质量,还可增强实习护士的责任心和工作热情等,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the practical significance of one-to-one targeted teaching methods in nursing teaching in anesthesiology department. Methods From September 2018 to September 2019 the selected research objects were 50 trainee nurses in the Department of Anesthesiology in the hospital, and they were randomly divided into a routine group and an experimental group. Among them, 25 trainee nurses used the traditional one-to-one teaching mode, which was the normal group; the other 25 trainee nurses used one-on-one with targeted teaching paths, for the experimental group. After the internship, the test scores, nursing teaching quality scores of the two groups of intern nurses, and the satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses to the teaching were compared. Results The theoretical and practical test scores of the practice nurses in the routine group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the nursing teaching quality of the practice nurses in the routine group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of teaching practice nurses in the group was 80.00%, and the satisfaction rate of teaching teaching in the experimental group was 96.00%. The routine group was significantly lower than the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting a one-to-one targeted teaching path model and teaching nursing in the anesthesiology department can not only improve the overall teaching quality, but also enhance the sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm of the trainee nurses.
