【摘要】 目的探讨迷你临床演练评估量表(Mini-CEX)联合临床操作技能评估(DOPS)在外科医生临床培养与考核中的应用效果。方法随机选取2016年4—12月该院50名临床外科实习医生,进行为期16周临床教学,实习期间先后采用Mini-CEX、DOPS进行测评。比较不同阶段Mini-CEX、DOPS评分及临床实践能力变化。结果末次考核时,该组实习医生Mini-CEX、DOPS考核成绩高于首次考核时(P<0.05);末次考核时,该组实习医生临床实践能力评分高于首次考核时(P<0.05)。结论外科医生临床培养与考核中联用Mini-CEX联合DOPS效果理想,可提升其考核成绩及临床实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of Mini-CEX and DOPS in clinical training and evaluation of surgeons. Methods Randomly select 50 clinical surgical interns in the hospital from April to December 2016 for a 16-week clinical teaching. During the internship, Mini-CEX and DOPS were used for evaluation. Compare the Mini-CEX, DOPS scores and clinical practice ability changes in different stages. Results During the final assessment, the scores of the Interns’ Mini-CEX and DOPS assessments were higher than those during the first assessment(P<0.05); during the final assessment, the clinical practice ability scores of this group were higher than during the first assessment(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of Mini-CEX and DOPS in the clinical training and assessment of surgeons is ideal, which can improve their assessment results and clinical practice ability.更多还原
