【摘要】 目的提高住院患者特殊使用级抗菌药物合理使用率,降低使用比例和强度。方法对特殊使用级抗菌药物临床应用开展前置会诊审核,改专家会诊为抗菌药物会诊小组会诊审核。选取实施前后2017年11月—2019年10月医院HIS系统内住院患者特殊使用级抗菌药物相关指标进行评价。结果实施后住院患者特殊使用级抗菌药物使用率、使用强度低于实施前(P<0.05);治疗性使用特殊使用级抗菌药物微生物送检率等指标均出现显著改善。结论住院患者特殊使用级抗菌药物临床应用趋于合理,但仍需进一步解决会诊审核发现的问题,使之更加符合临床实际,减少细菌耐药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the rational use rate of special-use antibacterial drugs for hospitalized patients, and to reduce the proportion and intensity of use. Methods To conduct pre-consultation review for the clinical application of special-use antibacterial drugs, and change the expert consultation to the antimicrobial consultation team. The relevant indicators of special use grade antibacterial drugs for inpatients in the hospital HIS system from November 2017 to October 2019 before and after implementation were selected for evaluation. Results After the implementation of the hospitalized patients,the use rate of special-purpose antimicrobial drugs, the intensity of use was lower than before implementation(P<0.05), and the therapeutic use of special-use antimicrobia l microbial submission rates and other indicators showed significant improvements. Conclusion The clinical application of special-use antibacterial drugs in hospitalized patients tends to be reasonable, but the problems found in the consultation review still need to be further resolved to make it more in line with clinical practice and reduce bacterial resistance.更多还原
