【摘要】 目的探讨基于JCI标准在神经外科重症监护病房治疗体系中的应用效果。方法在2017年该院神经外科引入基于JCI标准:包括患者的护理、患者的评估、感染管理及控制、患者及其家属的权利和教育、设施管理与环境安全、护理人员的资格和教育等,评估其应用效果。结果实施JCI标准后,各项护理安全目标明显提升,均明显高于实施前的2016年相应指标(P<0.05)。院感率显著下降,均低于实施前的2016年(P<0.05)。2018年患者满意度明显高于2016年,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科病房中应用JCI标准下的管理,能够有效提高护理质量,降低风险,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of JCI standard in the treatment system of neurosurgery intensive care unit. Methods In 2017, The hospital’s neurosurgery introduced JCI-based standards: including patient care, patient evaluation, infection management and control, rights and education of patients and their families, facility management and environmental safety, qualification and education of nursing staff, etc, to evaluate its application effect. Results After the implementation of the JCI standard, various nursing safety goals were significantly improved, all significantly higher than the corresponding indicators in 2016 before implementation(P<0.05). Hospital sensation rates decreased significantly, all lower than2016 before implementation(P<0.05). Patient satisfaction was significantly higher in 2018 than in 2016, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the management under the JCI standard in the neurosurgery ward can effectively improve the quality of care, reduce risks, increase patient satisfaction.更多还原
