【摘要】 目的分析实践教学中应用平行病历写作培训对培养医学生人文精神的应用价值。方法将2019年9—12月期间于齐齐哈尔医学院就学的50名学生作为研究对象,在对学生进行临床实践教学的基础上,增加平行病历写作培训,分析培训前后学生人文精神的变化。结果通过对50名学生平行病历写作培训前后学生专业知识水平和人文精神进行调查可知,经过平行病历写作培训后理论知识评分为(89.03±7.48)分,实践技能评分为(88.44±8.81)分,共情能力评分为(117.92±4.15)分,各项数据与培训前进行对比差异有统计学意义(t=15.723,P=0.000;t=17.084,P=0.000;t=13.632,P=0.000)。结论对医学生进行平行病历写作培训能够增强实践教学中学生的共情能力,并有利于学生专业知识能力的提高,对提升医学生人文精神具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of the application of parallel medical record writing training in practical teaching to cultivate medical students’ humanistic spirit. Methods A total of 50 students who studied at Qiqihar Medical College from September 2019 to December 2019 were used as research objects. On the basis of clinical practice teaching, parallel medical record writing training was added to analyze the humanistic spirit of students before and after training variety. Results According to a survey of the students’ professional knowledge level and humanistic spirit before and after the parallel medical record writing training for 50 students, the theoretical knowledge score was(89.03±7.48)points and the practical skills score was(88.44±8.81)points after parallel medical record writing training. The empathy ability score was(117.92 ±4.15)points. There was a significant difference between each data and the comparison before training, which was statistically significant(t=15.723, P=0.000; t=17.084, P=0.000; t=13.632, P=0.000). Conclusion Parallel case writing training for medical students can enhance the empathy ability of students in practical teaching, and is conducive to the improvement of students’ professional knowledge ability, which is of great significance for improving the humanistic spirit of medical students.更多还原
