【摘要】 工会是参与医院文化建设的重要部门,工会档案是工会组织参与医院文化建设的重要记录和支撑材料。该文结合实际工作,从健全职工教育培训档案,推进医院文化理念传播和医院精神传承;完善民主管理档案,促进医院民主文化建设;利用先进典型档案,引领医院文化方向;利用关爱职工送温暖档案,丰富医院文化的人文管理内涵;利用工会文化活动档案,展示职工文化建设成果等五个方面,就如何利用工会档案服务医院文化建设提出了思路和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trade unions are important departments involved in the construction of hospital culture, and union files are important records and supporting materials for trade union organizations to participate in the construction of hospital culture.This article combines practical work, from the staff education and training archives to promote the spread of hospital cultural ideas and hospital spiritual heritage; to improve democratic management archives to promote the construction of hospital democratic culture; to use advanced typical archives to lead the direction of hospital culture; to use caring staff to send warm archives, to enrich the humanistic management connotation of hospital culture; to use the trade union archives of cultural activities to show the achievements of staff cultural construction, etc., and to put forward ideas and countermeasures on how to use the union archives to serve hospital culture construction.更多还原
