信息化追溯系统在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用效果观察

【摘要】 目的分析信息化追溯系统在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用效果。方法在该院2017年5月—2020年2月消毒供应中心的信息化追溯系统中纳入外来器械1 000例,并且对其进行相应的管理工作,分析观察信息化追溯系统管理前后外来器械的具体情况。结果信息化追溯系统在应用过程中,外来器械能够按时送医、器械完好程度以及手术前做好再生处理的情况均要高于应用前,外来器械出现器械磨损度、手术后器械丢失、混淆错拿器械包、及时更换损坏器械、信息保存不完善均要低于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化追溯系统在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用效果显著,能够有效提高外来器械的管理质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of information-based traceability system in the management of foreign equipment in disinfection supply centers. Methods 1000 cases of foreign devices were included in the information traceability system of the disinfection supply center of the hospital from May 2017 to February 2020, and the corresponding management work was performed to analyze and observe the specific situation of foreign devices before and after the information traceability system management. Results In the application process of the information-based traceability system, foreign devices can be delivered to the doctor on time, the degree of intactness of the device and the regeneration treatment before the operation are higher than before the application. The foreign device has the degree of wear of the device, the loss of the device after the operation, and the mistake of taking the wrong instrument pack, replacing damaged instruments in time, and imperfect information preservation are all lower than before application(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of information-based traceability system in the management of foreign equipment in disinfection supply centers is significant,and it can effectively improve the management quality of foreign equipment.
